General Information

All devices manufactured by me are hand-made, including production of printed circuit boards (PCB of TD-1 and TD-2 are produced industrially meanwhile), populating the hardware, wrapping and final testing. Each device has a consecutive serial number and a test badge inside. The devices are generally delivered with a battery and a user’s manual.

The case of a device carries a hard-wearing powder coating. Every device is equipped with a DC connector with standard polarity (minus/inside – plus/outside). The hardware-based True Bypass is switched by means of an alpha DPDT switch and a flow-operated Millennium Bypass for the LED’s indicating function. Only high-quality components, such as Alpha potentiometers, Neutric jack-plug connectors, metal film resistors with a 1-% tolerance and film capacitors are used.

Delivery time of the devices lies between 1 and 2 weeks subject to order situation, or is even shorter, since all devices are hand-made. Normally, an order is always followed by an e-mail confirming the order (according to an invoice), or a notice about the prospective delivery date. Delivery of the devices takes place upon prepayment without exception.

Warranty features:

- a two-year warranty on the electrical circuit                                                         

- a one-year warranty on switches, connectors and potentiometers

From now on, all cases are manufactured with a powder coating, which has led to a change of the sales prices.
